Dear All,

following on from the previous two successful middle corona sessions at AGU, we are pleased to announce session: SH009. Impacts of Variability in the Middle Corona.

This year we’re soliciting presentations that explore both spatial and temporal fluctuations throughout the region, on both large and small scales. These may focus not only on variations in the background structure and how individual events are influenced by magnetic discontinuities through the middle corona, but also on how these phenomena vary throughout the solar cycle. We encourage presentations discussing how these variations affect observations and the challenges this poses for future instrumentation.
