The abstract deadline is approaching for this RAS Specialist Discussion Meeting, being held on 9th January 2015.
This meeting will bring together researchers to discuss new results from
IRIS: linking IRIS observations with those in the photosphere and corona,
and using theory and simulations to advance our understanding of the energy
transfer between these layers.
Invited talks will be given by Bart De Pontieu (Lockheed Martin Solar &
Astrophysics Laboratory) and Mats Carlsson (University of Oslo).
