We emailed you after the presentation to PPAN on 28th September 2009 with a link to the NUAP presentation which was given see:

PPAN has requested we obtain further feedback from you on a number of issues which we need to take account in our next version of the strategy document. This will be presented at the end of November as input into the prioritization exercise which will be completed by the end of the year.

In order for us to do this in a timely fashion we set a deadline of the end of the day on 4th November 2009 to respond to the questionnaire on
