sunpy 4.1

Dear all,

The SunPy developers please to announce the latest release of the sunpy core package, version 4.1🎉 Headline new features are:

– Extract map values along coordinate paths
– Easier reprojecting to Carrington and Stonyhurst coordinates
– Drawing the solar equator and prime meridian
– Sample data downloaded on demand

🖥 As always, to update pip users can run `pip install -U sunpy` and conda users can run `conda update sunpy`.
