Call for Papers for “Short term cycles in solar/stellar magnetic activity” in Frontiers

Submission Deadline (abstract): 20 September 2020
Submission Deadline (manuscript): 18 January 2021

Research Topic Organizers:
Teimuraz Zaqarashvili, University of Graz, Austria Jose Luis Ballester, University of the Balearic Islands, Spain Antonino Francesco Lanza, National Institute of Astrophysics, Italy

The scope of the Research Topic (Short term cycles in solar/stellar magnetic activity) is to collect research papers about short term cycles in solar and stellar activity, their relation with ordinary (Schwabe) cycles, theoretical background for their occurrence and solar-stellar dynamos. Results from recent space missions CoRoT (Convection, Rotation and planetary Transits), Kepler and TESS (Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite) will be particularly welcome. Any other subject related with activity cycles and solar-stellar dynamos is also approved.

Papers on related topics are solicited from the general research community. Detailed information about the research topic can be found at Frontiers website:

Manuscripts should be submitted through the same website.
