Science Europe has released a new survey report entitled ‘Postdoctoral Funding Schemes in Europe.’ This report presents the results of a survey of Science Europe Member Organisations undertaken by the Working Group on Research Careers. The report maps support opportunities available for postdoctoral researchers in order to improve understanding of how funders support researchers’ careers after the completion of their PhD, and builds upon this to make a number of key recommendations for improving existing funding schemes.
